A: Yes, if you have not requirements of customized details, we could offer the samples within 7 days. If you need to customize shape or printing or color, the delivery time will depend on the actual production time of sample.

A: Yes, we can make the color according to your sample or PANTONE Code. As we only use food-grade pigment and not industrial pigment, so there are some color limits, but we will try our best to meet your color requirements.

A: Our common packing is each piece with poly bag and put into export carton. We also can offer the packing ways based on your demand such as color box, PVC box, poly bag with hanging head or display box. Normally customized packing have MOQ requirements of 3000PCS each style.

A: For small order, the express would be more cost-effective. (Notice: As our product have liquid inside, so there are some express limitations. For example, EMS does not provide their service for liquid transportation. Our usual partners are UPS, FedEx.
